Michael Borselli possesses over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and related disciplines, beginning as a field engineer while a student at the University of Lowell.

Mike joined Cape Cod’s Holmes & McGrath, Incorporated after the attainment of his Bachelor of Science degree in 1983. Beginning as junior engineer/ draftsperson, he quickly achieved the position of Project Manager. And by 1990, his role at the company grew to Vice President of Civil Engineering/Partner – a position he held for 12 years.

During his 18-year tenure at Holmes and McGrath, Mike’s responsibilities included the drafting of site plans, soil testing, surveying, supervisory duties, the implementation of presentations to town boards and agencies, the design of large scale commercial site plans, client relations and overall project management.

Mike started Falmouth Engineering, Inc. in January of 2002 and quickly positioned the company as an industry leader in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. As President, Mike is the lead design engineer and is responsible for all affiliated duties, along with the management and supervision of staff.

Mike is a licensed Title V Septic System Inspector, a licensed Professional Soil Evaluator and a Registered Civil Professional Engineer.

Dave Martin received a BS in civil engineering from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1991. Upon graduation, Dave joined Warwick and Associates engineering firm in North Falmouth where he remained until joining Falmouth Engineering, Inc.in 2003.

Dave held virtually every relevant position as a professional engineer, handling projects of all sizes and scopes. He has worked on the survey field crew, as an AutoCAD drafter, project manager, general manager and vice president.

Dave holds Massachusetts certification as a Construction Supervisor, Title V Soil Inspector and Title V Inspector.

Linda Mackin possesses over eight years of experience as an environmental, civil and architectural drafter.

A well-accomplished AutoCAD professional, Linda is competent in custom authorization of the application along with solving two and three-dimensional technical drafting problems.

Before joining Falmouth Engineering Inc., Linda provided network support and drafting services for a number of distinguished engineering firms in southeastern Massachusetts.

Linda is certified in AutoCAD R.12

Office Manager Lin Hughes has been an integral member of the Falmouth Engineering, Inc. team from the company's inception.

Lin is the primary account management contact at Falmouth Engineering, facilitating client relations, invoicing and research.

Lin possesses an Associates degree from Massasoit Community College and over twenty years of experience as an administrative assistant. For seven years, she was the principal of a secreterial services company in greater Boston. She was also a principal at Excellence In Safety, a Falmouth-based safety and environmental consulting and training firm.

Lin has extensive experience creating and maintaining databases, enabling her to expertly monitor the continuous flow of plans and documentation at Falmouth Engineering, Inc.

Lin is a Notary Public.
